"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Pretty standard benefits package. Medical insurance has become very expensive with employee typically paying $120+ per week for insurance.

This company provides wonderful benefits; flexible hours, insurance, etc. The work environment is currently positive, and the jobs are very stable. The culture is military-ish, and deadlines are set to be attainable.

Seems pretty standard for full-time employees. Good healthcare, etc... As an intern, they offer a living stipend for those that live further than 50 miles from the facility which is really nice. It's enough to cover housing and food for the entirety of the internship. (The amount varies by location.) I lived at about the 45 mile mark... and they don't give partial stipends which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars...

Health insurance gets worse and worse each year. Flex 40 hours are nice, so we can largely work whenever we want throughout the week, as long as we get 40 hours in. Paid time off isn't bad.

Good 401k and cap plan, average vacation, health care high but offers virgin health miles, very good relocation packages

Very comprehensive package that is tailorable to individual needs. Employee cost elements for vision and dental are very inexpensive. The long term disability benefit is significant as it is a tax-free payment if properly selected.

We get every other Friday off and the work environment is very family-friendly.

There was no Pension (they froze it several years ago), no paternity/maternity leave, and they kept cutting benefits (though it was to keep up with the industry norms). They did have an onsite clinic which was very useful.
