I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
First interview was with a store/area manger, Second with the actual store that needed help. Nice and relaxing atmosphere and nice people. The application was standard and so were the questions. Generalized interview for the first one and the 2nd was more about the what the job entailed (ie. Can you lift 50lbs, Can you stand for 5hours etc..) and a tour of the store.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (North Bergen, NJ) in Aug 2014

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Lowell, IN) in Apr 2014
Interview
Phone interview, face to face, 2 more face to face interview, background check, and drug screen. Than personality screening. Salary discussion, benefit review, company history review. The whole process took along time, it was very dragged out. It could have been a lot easier.
