The hiring process took me the interviews in order for me to get into Aldi.but personally it was really worth it and I'm glad they allowed me the opportunity to work for them and if I could do it again I promise I will.just being able to make it through all the interviews was a blessing I really appreciated it.

They tell you let's break the ice by first telling us your name and then with the first letter of your name describe yourself and then get any toy from the store and sell it to us. After that they told everyone in the room well call you. Still waiting.

Interview
It was a long hiring process. I began with dropping off my application and resume in July and met with the store manager twice in August assuming the second time was my interview. The first and second interview was in September. The third interview was in October. The first and third interview was with the DM. The second was with the Store Manger.
