I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (South Windsor, CT) in Mar 2022
Interview
Absolutely toxic and Racist. Felt like an interrogation every second and minute they question every aspect of your life. They even tried to infer that some of the experience on my resume was too good to be true. This one guy even kept making witty remarks and rebuttals very unprofessional!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ALDI (Lansing, MI) in Feb 2022
Interview
Fair process, video interview for first interview then a panel for the second interview. Really get a perspective of the environment and they get to see your consistency. The panel is actually 3 separate interviews so some of the questions are the same and some are not but its best to come prepared especially if you want the job. The second interview is onsite and takes about 4-6 hours.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Hartford, CT) in Feb 2022
Interview
Quick. 30 minutes. Generic interview questions you would probably expect. This was my 1st interview. Waiting for the second, supposed to be tomorrow. Interviewer was very neutral, and was an operations director. I didn’t like that she asked what other companies I had applied to.
