I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Melbourne) in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied online, had an interview, they told me I was through to the next stage, completed a check at a physio and still no call back yet. Almost 1 week past.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
Easier than expected, although I went through three processes: online, one-on-one with area manager and finally store manager. (The whole process of applying online then going in for a first day took a month). Online was just a few questions, second interview was more about yourself and what your aspirations are and how you're qualified for the work role. Also there was a math test on paper. Third interview was easy and mostly was the manager talking about the role but also just an introduction to get to know you and your values.

Question 1
Q: What is the difference between ALDI and other supermarkets?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Brisbane) in Nov 2021
Interview
A 10 minute interview with a 30 minute in person. You'll have to pass a physio test which I was denied the role 5 minutes after completing. Whatever you do, don't ask for time off trying to get this job. All in all I've lost $200 in wages trying to get this.
