Quite robotic and uncomfortable - I felt unwanted and that for some preconceived reason they were unwilling to hear me out. Involved a nice warm welcome before a very "professional" interview with basic questions and then a maths test component.

answered a questionaire with questions about the job. then had to submit a video answering a question on why i would be a good fit for the job. then had a phone call
