ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

It was relatively straightforward and asked about what location you prefer working at, usually local to you. Asks about why you want to work for aldi and what previous experience you have and you have to give a time where you delivered excellent customer service.

Very simple process. Fill out the online questionnaire which does take some time. You are able to come back to it and complete it in more that one sitting which does help. Then you meet the area manager for an interview. Very simple questions. If you are successful, you meet the store manager for another interview and you get an offer or not after that. Once you pass the questions online, the interviews are simple.
