ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Applied online and done all the tests which I passed and got an interview which was with the regional manager I passed the interview and then got to the store experience day with the store manager basically telling you what you would be doing, the way they made out to me was you basically as good as had the job the manager says I would find out by the end of the week and would be starting the beginning of the new month then received an email about 3 weeks later saying I was unsuccessful, it was so misleading.

A 10-15 minute telephone interview followed by a group interview. During this group interview, I had to showcase my ability to work as a team. Some activities were performed to break the ice. These tasks also allow you to show leadership qualities.
