ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Process was relatively enjoyable and streamlined. At times it felt as though staff were not prepared for the process and could at times seem rather overly confrontational when discussing answers to questions

very different to other interviews. Its a group interview and you get a minute to talk about yourself then you do a maths test and another quesionaire and then your given a hypothetical scenario and with the other interviewers you have to talk and come up with a solution to the scenario. very odd
