ALDI Store Assistant interview questions

Brief phone interview. Asked me to tell him about myself, what type of work I have been doing and why I want to work for Aldi. Organised face to face interview after questions were answered.

online application + individual interview. If you are lucky enough to get through the online application, you get invited to an interview. The interview wasn't too detailed and was more of an informal chat. I honestly didn't feel like I was questioned enough to be assessed. Needless to say, I didn't get the job -_-
