ALSTOM interview questions

The process consists of 4 to 5 rounds. It starts with a 15 min phone call with HR, followed by the first online interview with the line manager. Next is an on-site visit, aimed at selecting the one from the other two, finally comes then interviews with higher-level directors.

It was an great experience, we had 4 rounds of interview. First was aptitude test, followed up with group discussion, technical interview and lastly the HR round. The interviwers were very nice and the level was moderate. Mainly they wanted to know the confidence in the candidate.
