Group activity and one to one competency questions. Activity was building the highest tower out of balloons and cello tape which was difficult but great team building to be honest.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at ASDA
Interview
Quite simple and straightforward, walked in and waited at customer service for someone to take me to the staff area and then did my interview. staff are friendly and and supportive, did not feel like they were looking for a reason not to hire me
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ASDA (London, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
After passing the online test, the interview process (the new Asda ‘Life Event’) consisted of a few group activities, followed by a short ‘informal chat’. It began with a group activity (group of about 8 people), which involved speaking to the person next to you for 10/15 minutes with the aim of introducing your partner to the group after. After this, we were taken down to the shop floor, where we in groups went around the store listing the positives and negatives of the store. After this we spent some time rumbling the store (taking away and collapsing empty boxes on shelves) as well as bringing forward stock on any empty shelves. After this, a 1 to 1 chat where availability was discussed.
