Question 1
Do you have sales experience? Why did you choose your university? Relocation
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied October 2015 through a career fair at my university. AT&T did not get back to me until early December. I had a skills assessment, online informational session about the program, a video conference interview with a recruiter, and finally a role play. None of these are too difficult with proper preparation.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
There were three rounds, the first being an online questionnaire. The second round was a behavior interview via skype which required participation in a webinar before. There were 2+ weeks between my behavioral interview because the interviewer had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances. The third and final round was a sales pitch with two different scenarios: sell to an existing customer and deal with an irate customer. This process was dragged out over seven weeks and ultimately did not result in an offer.
