Applied online. They sent an online assessment (personality test) which I sent back. Next week I got an email to schedule a phone interview. Typical behavioral questions--nothing too hard. The final interview was pretty difficult. It was a role play and I was caught off guard a little. Make sure you prepare.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you adapted to a change in the workplace.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Mar 2015
Interview
The first round of the interview starts with a pre-assessment test which evaluates your skills and the way you would respond in certain situations. About 80 multiple choice questions. Second round is a video interview. Unfortunately, the interviewers program wasn't working so we were forced to do it over the phone. We didn't talk at all about my resume and instead he asked situational questions about how you would respond under pressure. The third round of interviews consist of a mock sale where you must deal with an angry customer whom the interviewer portrays and try to up-sell another customer. Prior to the mock sale, you are granted access to information about different products and services AT&T provides inorder to help you with the selling. This information is only available 30 minutes prior to the mock sale so study fast!

Question 1
Describe a time you felt like your work load was overwhelming? And how did you deal with it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The first step was an online behavioral test. Answer this honestly and they will decide if you are a good fit for the company culture. The next step was a Skype interview. It consisted of many situational questions that are best answered using personal experiences and anecdotes. Make sure to answer the questions asked and not get off topic. The final step was a virtual situational exam with a study period of 30min and then 2 phone calls with interviewers pretending to be customers. The key is to be honest and relaxed. Do not mislead the customer you are selling to or make any promises you can not keep with the upset customer. Then there was a brief phone call from someone who had completed the BSLDP before and they said to ask them any questions that I still had. After that is offer time!
