AT&T interview questions

1st phase - presentation of the company and position, assessments on technical skills and English language proficiency (my native language is Portuguese). 2nd phase - group interview with embedded personality test. 3rd phase - face-to-face interview led by 2 supervisors. Visit to the work place. 4th phase - background check.

First one on one interview seemed more of an information session and then was invited to attend an interactive online information session... seemed to be a bit backwards, then followed up by a phone interview. The phone interview was 25 min asking basic "tell me a time when" questions.
