AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Application through agency, phone interview, online tests, interview by AT&T management staff and HR. All went smoothly, until HR department from Bratislava got involved in process in the moment when I already got the job offer. Then everything slowed down and at times looked really unprofessional from them. HR lady from international staff took more than a week to call me, although she sent me a mail stating 'I'll call you tomorrow'. I even tried to contact her to check is everything OK with a offer, but she never answered my calls.

Long and drawn out. Got one interview in July next one in August it was just too much honestly. Obladee oblada life goes onnn by. La la la la life goes on.
