AT&T Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

first off i couldnt get in the building and it was winter freezing cold. the security finally let me in. waited down stairs with him by the cold door for 20 mins then finally someone came and got me and i waited another 25-30 minutes for them to interview me . horrible cal center in chicago just not organize at all.
