Pretty fragmented, no good templating or process. Mostly ATT hires out candidates out of college right now and does not focus on true hiring . But I interviewed with one team for really just one hour, I don't see how that was enough to gauge my skills

What is the purpose of a LRU cache, how would you implement on?
overall, it was a positive experience. The interview process was well-organized and timely. I received clear communication about the interview schedule and expectations in advance.
The interviewer(s) were professional, courteous, and made an effort to create a comfortable environment. They asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions that were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my experience and skills.
The interviewer was not engaged with me, and was distracted by his phone the entire time. He was rude and got up multiple times to take phone calls. It was a terrible experience
