The interview process was fairly easy; however I do feel like the team had bias. I interviewed for the position twice a year apart from the first. I received an offer letter but decline due to the salary and the recruiter not being transparent. However, the second time I interviewed they said I didn’t have enough experience for role, which is baffling since the same team offered me the role 365 days prior. I do feel like it was unfair, and appeared to be targeted since I declined the first offer.
