Recruiter requested via email in mid-December that I provide her with multiple dates and times during the first two weeks of January for us to speak via telephone for an initial phone screen. She then left me "hanging" with multiple time slots soft-scheduled for more than two weeks while she vacationed over the holidays before she selected a date and time that I had already rescheduled for other activities. I rescheduled these other activities so we could talk.
She didn't show for our call but instead cancelled the call 10 minutes AFTER the scheduled call starting time, informing me via email that the position was given to another candidate.
I found her conduct to be highly inconsiderate, less than professional, and a less than positive representation of AbbVie to me as an external candidate.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AbbVie (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
