Good programming principles should be followed. 24 hours to develop the project, progress evaluated based on what was developed in the time frame. Completion doesn't matter more than beat practices.

After an initial acquaintance phase in which I was asked to briefly describe my educational and professional background (max. 5 minutes, even less), I was asked some technical questions and finally to describe a practical example.

About the advantages of a microservice architecture versus a monolithic one, how the deployment of a microservice would work, and finally to describe how I would build an example microservice. All this was to demonstrate that you not only have theoretical knowledge but also analytical and problem solving skills.
