Interview
The interview with the recruiter is simple: they want to know why you want this position, past experiences, challenges and major achievements. The next interview is with a development manager who asks more technical questions, but not in minor details. They want to have a feeling of your professional level, if it's a fit for the current experience requirements in the position.
