Phone call with the recruiter. Than with the hiring manager. Than with a technical resource. Maybe with senior leadership. Also, they might ask for a running instance to test your technical capabilities.

I applied online and later I got call from a recruiter. After the recruiter checked my qualifications she sent my info to recruiter within my region. After around 2 months, I got back from my recruiter with the schedule for 2 more rounds of interviews. One with a technical person and then with a Managing Director of my region
