I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
I was first reached out by a recruiter who then directed me to an online test which was multiple choice. It was very long with limited time. Once I passed this test I was invited to a face-to-face interview with some staff who asked questions about Java's feature like abstract class, interfaces, unit testing etc. Overall it was easy.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty quick in my case. I applied on LinkedIn. Someone from the recruitment team gave me a call and asked me to share my details . Then sent me an assessment link for Java enterprise edition skill.
Then in 5-6 hours got a mail to select a date for technical round. Had the technical round for 30 mins. In 30-40 mins got a mail for the HR interview. I got a call from the HR next day. She asked me details and then in the next 6-7 hours I got a mail of the offer letter. The process was pretty quick in my experience unlike the reviews given on internet.
