I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe in Oct 2025
Interview
The first interview is a hirevue interview and they ask about past projects and want specific information. Every questions got harder and harder. I think that if you have technical projects or presentations definitely bring those up.
The interview process was overall swift and efficient. But at the end of the day, the decision seems to have been made based on one question about certain experience which was not clearly specified in the job description.

Question 1
How do you handle situations where there is no clear playbook or precedent, especially when dealing with new or emerging technologies like AI?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process took about a week and a half for a total of 3 rounds. Initially, the recruiter reaches out for a screening call with basic background-related questions. Next, an interview with a senior SDE is set up, asking questions pertaining to the role (AI-related, in my case). Then, 2 more interviews are set up on the same day, 1 with a QA tester and another with the hiring manager.
