I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
First round was a brief introduction, followed by a more in depth call discussing my work experience and interest in the position. After that I had a mock sales call where I first had to present a deck on Adobe Stock to Disney execs, and then cold call an inbound lead. For the former exercise, make sure to pause for questions throughout your presentation, and speak to every individual on the call, using their name. For the latter exercise, ask lots of questions and make sure to end the call with a clear plan for a follow up call, offering a day and time to meet.
The process was multi step but everyone along the way was so nice. Ask a lot of questions and be prepared! Stay true to your personal values, don’t just tell them what you think they want to hear.
Great process. Definitely know the role and do your research. Very conversational so be ready to answer those interview questions. "Tell me about a time you had to deliver bad news.." "Tell me about a time where you were proud"
