Align Technology interview questions

I had a phone screening that lasted about 15 minutes where I basically went over my resume and the recruiter asked me about my interests and tried to see if I was right for the job.

I applied online. The process took 2-3 weeks. I interviewed at Align Technology (Amsterdam) in Nov 2017. 1- Screening call with HR . First appointment HR Amsterdam, She didn't show up on the call, as I was abroad thought she might have some difficulties to reach me. waited 20 min and I gave her a call, Introduced myself and mentioned that we had interview scheduled 20 min ago. Her answer was: Is it today? I am too busy now , can we do tomorrow ? I answered Yes ,Of course. Day 2 : again didn't show, emailed her as a reminder . Then she called. Interview went well and I was informed about meeting the hiring manager face to face. 2- Interview with hiring manager at Amsterdam HQ: It was great interview , causal and friendly. Was informed about next steps of the hiring process and that I am a good fit the job. I should hear from HR the coming few days. I waiting for an answer but never heard anything back. 2 weeks later I emailed HR for an update, never get an response. Weeks later I checked the .jobvite.com and I saw not selected status. I find HR action is very unprofessional. Candidate visited your office and made a lot effort . Have the decency and respect to provide update.
