All questions were related to past experience using Excel (formulas, macros, PivotTables, etc.) and SQL (skill level, query creation, SSIS, etc.).

Before applying for careers like this, make sure you are capable with the tools/languages you'll be using. Be open and honest about your skill levels (I told the director my level of skill with SQL is only 5-6/10, but my background with software development and web development means I can pick up these types of skills more quickly). Also, make sure you understand what this position means to you (for me, this is a career and my biggest step forward in professional development) before interviewing so they will know if you are serious about finding a career or just wasting their time.
