I interviewed at Amadeus (then TravelClick) in 2017 for the role of client support. The interview went well, there were a total of 3 interviewers, all of whom seemed to want me to do well. Once I was comfortable in the role, I felt that some of the technical skills required were overstated in the interview.

Question 1
When your dishwasher or fridge breaks, do you try to figure out how to fix it yourself?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amadeus (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
The hiring manager spoke a lot about the role and I felt it went well. At the end he explained the next stage and what it'll entail but I never heard back from them. It would have been nice to know that I wasn't successful but they just didn't bother updating me on anything which I think is really rude considering the time and effort it takes applying and interviewing.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
How do you deal with difficult stakeholders.
Are you used to being presenting and being grilled by the exec team.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amadeus (Madrid)
Interview
I applied for the position on the Amadeus website and had a first interview via video call with an Amadeus HR rep. In the interview he told me about the responsibilities of the role, asked me a series of questions about my experience and told me in great detail about the benefits Amadeus offers. At the end of the interview I asked about next steps and he told me that he would coordinate with the hiring manager about his availability and be in touch the following week. After hearing nothing a week later, I followed up via email and received no response. I followed up once more and received no reply. I think a courtesy email would be the minimum after a 45 minute interview.
