The interview process took more than 1 month and after collecting all personal documents they replied that this position is on hold. Not sure why they are wasting someone's time if they are not sure of position.

I applied online and received an invitation to schedule a video call for the initial screening. However, the recruiter's approach was disappointing. They skipped introductions, didn't discuss the role or company insights, said they needed to do screening questions, and immediately asked why I wanted to work for Amadeus.
When I mentioned my past involvement with Amadeus, the recruiter responded rudely, questioning why they weren't aware and if it was on my resume – which it was.
Then the following question was if I had 10 years of travel industry experience. I responded that I have 10 years of experience in tech with transferable skills, which seemed to annoy the recruiter because after that I was told, in a rude tone, that they would get back to me. The conversation lasted 6min.
The recruiter's unfamiliarity with my resume felt unprofessional, and their dismissive tone left a negative impression of their workplace demeanor.

The interview can be streched upto 2 months to get offer. There are 5 rounds of calls, each 45 mins. Qualification call, Get to know call, 2 technical calls with different manager, Value fit call
