Amazon Account Manager interview questions

First stage consisted of a phone interview with someone from within the Account Management Team. Typical interview questions were asked, but then re-asked in a different way in an attempt to throw me off guard, and then answers were challenged. Second stage consisted of a problem solving test, with questions geared towards analysing business scenarios and making general business decisions. The final stage consisted of a day of interviews with employees from a range of departments, starting the day off with a problem solving test. The questions were fairly complex and required extensive and specific answers. However, each interviewer had a different style and level of engagement, and some were genuinely trying to get the best answers out of you to help your case come chopping block time.
