Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

There are nearly 4+1 HR Rounds. 1 round will be basic English word testing in online . There will be a dash( _____) that is to be filled in.It is "an elimination round" . 2 round is typing test..but it's "not an elimination" round.They only check your typing speed & accuracy. 3 round will be online versant test. It consists of fill ups, passage reconstruction, Email etiquette.As it is an elimination round, I can't continue then after... So,I will update it later. Note :for the 3rd round they are instructed to create a amazon account & we have applied for the Job role. The HR managers are very kind. Especially, Ms. Sudha , & Kishore...

It was good , just need a good grasp on your communication skills .Also you need to have a pretty good decision making skill as you are required to take appropriate decision which will affect the outcome.
