This is an On-Campus recruitment drive where there were 4 round in total
First round was a JAM session where we were made to sit in our classroom and the Company person randomly picked up some person and asked a topic of his own and sometimes a single question which has a sentence or a line as the answer .They just checked whether we are fluent or not .. If you just give a break or pause you are fired
Second round was Versant round where we were made to sit infront of computer and Versant software is there and we need to write exam in it and the sections included are
Section A - Sentence Completion (10 questions each 25 seconds )
Section B - Reconstruction of Paragraph (4 questions each 30 seconds)
Section C - Email Writing (9 Minutes )
After completing of this round the recruitment team divides you based upon voice or Non voice and makes you write 3 round and this round is different for voice selected people and Non voice selected people
Round 4 - Is the Hr round and which was very easy round ...they ask you some basic questions like .. How you will deal with customers when they are angry and all
If you complete round 3 .. you are hired by the team 99%

Interview
I was placed on campus hence the selection process was slightly different than you'll find elsewhere.
In Amazon Development Center, Pune, there are total 3 departments. Voice, Email & Chat support. None of them is technical. This is a nontechnical job. No coding, algorithms, etc.
First Round: GD/ Introduction round: 16 Groups of approximately 15 students were formed. Some of them had the task of self-introduction but most of them were given the topics for Group Discussion.
Second Round: Pearson - Versant Writing Test. You have to put appropriate words in the empty spaces, the paragraph will be given to read for 30 seconds and you have to rewrite it in your own words in 90 seconds then there was email writing test. You have to write an email in 9 minutes. You can google 'Pearson - Versant Writing' You'll get everything.
Third Round: PI. You will face Operations Manager/ HR depending upon your score in the written versant test. He will ask customer support questions like tell your worst customer support experience regarding any other e-commerce site. Explain what you would have done to solve the problem.
Fourth round (optional): If you are selected in Voice department, you'll have to give Voice Versant Test. Google 'voice versant test pearson'. Else you'll be informed whether you are selected in chat or email.
