Amazon Customer Service Associate interview questions

The interview process took around two days. first day all the rounds happened and the second day they gave us the offer letter. There were four rounds. first round was personal introduction round. second round was online written test (vocabulary). third round was a telephonic round. and the final round was operational round (HR). It was very easy to crack all the four rounds with minimal preparation.

There were 3 rounds:- 1) Group Discussion: They only check your English.If its good your selected immediately. 5 students were made to sit together and given a topic to speak on.They even give options. 2)Typing Round:Three mini rounds were in this.Fill in the blanks with appropriate word,rewrite paragraph in your own words and write an email on the basis of given statement. These are of medium difficulty,only concern is the time constraint. 3)HR round:There you have to write an essay on any topic.HR round was very easy.He asks normal questions. If they think we have good accent then they select you for Voice.Then you have to go through an extra Voice round which consists of listening to the audio and repeating,answering in one word and correcting the order of sentence. It was a time consuming process but the HR managers were very friendly.They would keep our moods light and speak to us often.
