Amazon Customer Service Associates interview questions

I applied for the interview through company jobs portal, they were quick to respond. The interview was interesting with a good flow of communication assessment followed by a HR interview. Online assessment were based on the communication skills ad the HR interview was based o the personal skills ad potential.

There were basically 4 main rounds :- 1.) JAM Round (For checking general communication skills ) 2.) Online written English versant (Basic Email writing and Grammer questions) 3.) Voice Test (To check voice clarity and level of English fluency) 4.) Final HR Interview ( General PI & Salary discussion) If you clear the first 3 crucial rounds for this CSA round of Amazon , most probably you are selected for this role as the level of written versant test & voice test are quite high .
