Interview
The online application and interview scheduling was pretty much as easy as ABC. The face to face interview was more like job orientation and it was on a first come first serve basis. After waiting for a considerable time they took a photo and rectified each applicant's identification stuff. An oral drug test was done in a separate room and after that they said that they would notify us after two working weeks.

Interview
Well okay I went to a seasonal one prior to this interview and it was through a temp agency and we basically applied on the computer and we talked to one of the instructors or what you call it who helped us there we had to do the first part which was just general information and then the assessment. Once you are done with the assessment you wait for your interview and I was really nervous but don't sweat it the interview really isn't hard at all. I sat down and she asked why I wanted to work with Amazon and then asked for my two forms of ID and my diploma. She kept my two forms of ID for a bit and went and gave me a swab thing which is a drug test. You keep in your mouth and go back to the computer to finish your I9 etc . Then there was an envelope with the global cash card and a packet for you associate introduction , seasonal is only three months, I got back my forms of identification and diploma and left, it was 3 hours of a wait because only one person was interviewing us. I did not go to the orientation because of my way of transportation.
When it came to applying the 2ND time I got a smx call and email . I applied online and filled out the first portion. From then I scheduled an jntervjew online as well. Even though my documents were incomplete. Later on I got sent a 7 day email to finish a assessment which I did, but it kept redirecting me to the smx home page. So from then you finish your assessment online and wait till the interview day the interview had 10 slots each day. The interview day went by like this . You walk into a recruiting office and they ask your first and last name and last four digit of your social sec. From there if you finished your assessment online you go straight for the interview like I did or you finish your assessment first there on the computer. Alright I went straight towards my interview and I sat and waited. From there a lady helped me , she day or night shift or are you open. She noticed that I was in their system already and then she gave me a drug test and told me the procedures, she will give you the copy of the consent paper. I kept the swab in my mouth while finishing my part 2 of the application and then the lady who interviewed me took the swab out and put it into the liquid jar thing with a sticker on top. when I was finished with that I gave the lady up front my two forms of ID from there I went to watch a video , grab an associates handbook. After the video I had to come up front to grab my forms of ID and wait . From then on they usually tell you that you'll get a call in a week or so. I left from here. BTW this time they only asked for two forms of ID's and not a diploma. I know of someone who actually went through the same interview process like my last one and got hired without a GED or High school Diploma. The interview is fairly easy. Not even a biggy

Easy. No interview besides taking your online assessment. It's basically an orientation talking about Amazon meanwhile doing your own oral mouth swab for a drug test (10min) and also do a background check. They have you select what schedules you prefer. You at least have to work one weekend. Pretty self explanatory. Just waiting for my background and drug test to clear than we will set up a start date 🤗
