Interview
They seem to have a canned process for cycling people through. It is a bit impersonal. This statement applies mostly from the recruiting department. I am guessing they are overwhelmed and don't have time for pleasantries.
The actual interviewers were nice and great to speak with. I have heard they frequently interview you for a job then offer you a different role. This may or may not be a good thing to you if you interview here.
They have very stringent selection criteria.

It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
