Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone call. After my call with the recruiter, I had a phone call with a current Account Manager who asked behavioral questions. I was moved on to the next round, which was a phone call with the hiring manager, and I did not move beyond that round. Overall, I found the process to be too formal and impersonal; the recruiter sent me a long email that told me how to prepare for my phone calls and you're supposed to answer questions a certain way (ie there is a formula).

At first they shortlisted my cv then i was called for 3rounds of interview first gd round then personal interview round then hr interview at last. After that they asked me few questions and my background check was done.
