Amazon Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

First round was a general jam where we can speak on our own topic, second round was versant and finally hr round. Versant round played the trickiest part. If you clear this, then almost you're in.

So i got into Amazon through Campus Placements. All the rounds are pretty much the same through placements, walkin or referrals. The process typically takes only 1 day and the results will be said on spot. However, the joining letter and all the further formalities will be communicated accordingly to the individual. The first round would be JAM. About you or any random topic. The second would be Versant typing and the accent round. Final one would be HR round where you would be given few real time scenarios and what would you do in that situation and all. Thats all!
