I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru)
Interview
Phone Screen .. long delay .. call for in-person.. 6 hour interview with 10 minute break .. started late and quite exhausting.. some snobbish, rude interviewers. What I hated about the whole experience was the lack of pro-active communication from the company. Had to follow up all the time to get any responses. Was told I'd have feedback in 2-3 days, didnt get it for 2 weeks and got it only after following up multiple times. Doesnt leave a good taste, whether one lands the job or not.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Week 0: submitted resume through an employee referral. Did not submit online. Week 1: received an email from recruiting to schedule phone interview. Week 3:one hour phone interview for technical qualification with a Sr Technical Program Manager. He described the responsibilities of the position, asked general program management questions, and then asked questions to determine my familiarity with the specific technology stack related to the role. Week 5: Thanks, but no thanks email from recruiting.

Question 1
What should Amazon change about the Amazon Prime Video user experience?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2015
Interview
2 Phone Interviews + 1 full day of onsite, face to face interviews. Contacted by an amazon recruiter and after the initial recruiter screen, was scheduled for the first phone interview. The first interview was predominantly technical in nature, though not as technically deep as I was expecting it to be. The second phone interview was slightly more project oriented, how to manage delivery and people. After that, the onsite interviews were largely a mix of technical and behavioural. The technical questions were quite light (was really expecting and prepared to go deep... didn't happen). Had a debrief with the recruiter at the end and was presented with an offer a few days later. Met with a bunch of really great people!

Question 1
One of the most interesting questions was around a web page that was timing out when downloading data and how you would go out addressing it. I came up with so many different ideas and it was quite fun to problem solve
