Amazon Manager of Software Development interview questions

Recruiter had found my resume from job portal and had scheduled the interview. The first round was telephonic. The Interviewer spent 30 mins and was focusing on my current job and the business use case around it, he tried to apply his experience around the product we were building in my current job and could not grasp how things have changed since the time he went out of touch with the market. He then spent 15 more minutes asking about my current role.
