Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

I was questioned on my previous experience and my education background. I had to answer some tough questions on the choices I made as I had to shift my career more than twice. In general the questions related to Amazon are quite simple and straight forward. Any one who had some knowledge of Analytics and Supply chain can solve them with ease

Began with a phone interview that included a Math Flow question and two behavioral questions. The interview then provided me an overview of her position and asked for me if I had any questions. I used the Amazon Leadership Principles to frame my tow questions. After the interview was over, I was contacted a few days later for a Group interview at one of their Fulfillment Centers.
