Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

First spoke to a recruiter, who put me through to 2 interview rounds, both virtual. The interviews were short 30 mins each. One was about past experience, 2nd was about mindset and skillset.

The interview process is very time consuming and multiple rounds. I spent almost 6-8 hrs of interview discussions since i was applying for a manager role. The interview is very much focused towards the leadership principles so be prepared about the same.
