Amazon Program Manager interview questions

Asked some behavioral questions, seemed to go alright but apparently didn't. Not really sure what else to say here, it's a normal interview for the most part and that's about it.

Application, followed by email from recruiting team, then scheduled call with Hiring Manager (I guess)....difficult to understand, and did not introduce himself or even explain his role. Just not impressed at all...I know Amazon has a set process for its interviews but honestly I am seeing major flaws here. Dodged a bullet (even if it was an expensive bullet)
