I arrived at Amazon's office, taken aback by its contemporary style. My interviewer greeted me warmly, easing any nerves. We delved into the program manager role, exploring its challenges and the impact I could make. I confidently shared my experiences and vision, finding a deep alignment with Amazon's objectives. The conversation was transparent and engaging, leaving me optimistic about my potential to contribute and grow within the company.

Interview
1st round with Hiring Managers and 5-round loop interview with cross-functional colleagues and a Bar Raiser scheduled in 2 days. Be prepared to articulate stories based on the required level you are applying for (L4 vs L5 vs L6) as Leadership Principles are graded differently based on the seniority of the role
Competency based interview asking me to describe multiple scenarios of a time when sth happened. Then more follow up questions on my answers.
