Amazon Program Manager interview questions

The process was efficient. HR call followed by two phone screening interviews focused on leadership principles. Final round with five interviews, again focused on leadership principles. Lot of focus on LPs, probably did not need 7 interviews though

Questions are behavior based. Be sure to prepare your answers in STAR format including data/numbers as much as possible. Interviewed with a panel including hiring manager and other Program managers
