Leadership principle based questions (Tell me a situation where time available to deliver was very very critical)
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
The recruiter gave me an interview prep template to follow which included basing my experiences off their values and responding with the STAR format. In the actual interview, the people didn't care about the values explicitly, rather they asked general questions so my prep was done completely wrong. It was still helpful but would've been nice to focus on that format instead.
