Interview
I passed 2 rounds of interviews for a remote position. All went good, I passed each time to the next round. Then came the hiring manager interview. After 1 minute we figured that he was looking for someone to work locally with office presence, and he was located in a totally different country. We both wondered why we were having that conversation. Somehow bad internal communication, which as a result made me, and them, lose time for nothing.

Interview
I interviewed with multiple folks by phone before flying to interview in their office. Interviewed with several folks there. It seems somewhat uncoordinated, and the interviewers did not seem to be on the same page which I think ultimately hurt my candidacy.
