Amazon System Engineer interview questions

Some coding problems on the white board, some Linux questions, some networking questions. Talked to four people and it was pretty straight forward. Everyone was friendly. It was a small room and I stayed while everyone came to me.

I has been contacted through linkedin and I applied. Steps: 1. First you go through an online site for a couple of test as a programmer. 2. I than took a phone call interview of about 1 hour where they asked me from threads to kernel to network to filesystem and so on. 3. The third and final interview took place in real person 4 interviews 1 hour each, I enjoyed very much speaking with the team, real life problem was asked to make sure we were speak the same language. the 4 hours interviews has been one of the most enjoyable interview in a long time.
