Usually firstly you would need to fill a form ,post which you would recieve test link via mail which is basic versant test, if you clear first round , you would then be recieving mail regarding second round, well this takes time(3-4weeks) Second round would be interview one on one.where in you would be tested on scenario based questions, question with respect to trms department etc Then final would be hr email if selected.
